Sunglasses Avenue offers a 14-day return and exchange policy.  All returns and exchanges are possible only if the item is in original condition and has all the original packaging.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee applies on all returns.  In case of an exchange, a restocking fee is waived*(certain exceptions may apply:  products by Alain Mikli, Chanel, MYKITA, Starck Eyes, Roberto Cavalli and Tom Ford involve a 10% restocking fee even if exchanging for another item).  The price for the prescription lenses is non-refundable!  If you wish to return or exchange your order, you would have to notify us to expect a package with your return along with the original receipt of purchase.  Please refer to Contact page for return address.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $9.95 within United States and $38.95 Internationally.  Upon your request, shipping method can be updated to Over-Night Service for an additional $15.00.  Normal processing time is 1 to 5 business days (weekends and holidays not included), though most products ship within three business days from the day of purchase (unless the item is on back order).  Orders that are placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day, if your order has been placed after 2:00 PM EST it will be processed the following business day.  If an item is on back order, then you will be provided with an option for refund or exchange.
